Acceptance

By using Anchor (the iOS app or website) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The Service

Anchor is a personal focus companion that helps you stay intentional with your phone use. We offer a Free tier and a Pro tier (one-time purchase).

Your Account

• You must be 13 or older to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• One account per person. Don't share accounts.

Pro Subscription

Anchor Pro is a one-time purchase — not a subscription. You pay once and own it forever.

• Purchases made on the website are processed by Stripe.
• Purchases made on iOS are processed by Apple (App Store).
• We offer a 7-day refund for web purchases. iOS refunds are handled by Apple.
• Pro status is tied to your account and works across platforms when signed in.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the app or its code
• Attempt to bypass any feature restrictions
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

Intellectual Property

Anchor, the Fuyera name, and all app content are owned by Fuyera Intelligence Limited. Your personal data (intentions, tags, history) belongs to you.

Disclaimer

Anchor is provided "as is". We don't guarantee it will meet every need or be error-free. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
