Overview

Fuyera Intelligence Limited ("we", "us", "our") built Anchor as a mindfulness tool to help you stay intentional with your phone use. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it.

We built Anchor with privacy as a core principle. We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

Data We Collect

On-Device Data (iOS App)

All intention records, tags, and usage history are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly enable cloud sync (not yet available).

Voice input is processed entirely on-device using Apple's Speech Recognition framework. Your voice recordings are never sent to our servers.

Account Data (Web & Cloud)

When you create an account, we collect:

• Email address (for authentication and account management)
• Subscription status (Free or Pro, purchase source and date)

This data is stored in Supabase (our database provider) and is protected by row-level security — only you can access your own data.

Payment Data

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe provides us only with your subscription status and a customer reference ID.

How We Use Your Data

• To authenticate you and manage your account
• To verify your Pro subscription status across devices
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, receipts) — never marketing without consent

Data Sharing

We share data only with essential service providers:

• Supabase — database and authentication hosting
• Stripe — payment processing
• Vercel — website hosting

All providers are bound by data processing agreements and applicable privacy laws.

Your Rights

You may at any time:

• Access or export your account data
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Request a copy of what we hold about you

Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, data is permanently removed within 30 days.

Children's Privacy

Anchor is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to This Policy

We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
